What is SFF?
Street Food Fighters is a culinary battle between two teams tasked with preparing 8 dishes according to previously established guidelines. The guests – the judges – have the opportunity to try up to 16 dishes, which they then evaluate in an anonymous survey. The judges do not know which team is evaluating the dish because we prioritize unbiased evaluations.
What are the chefs fighting about?
Thanks to the collaboration with the Followe the Quality Foundation, which is the main sponsor of the awards at SFF. The chefs of the winning team are competing for a month’s internship at Michelin-starred restaurants! This is a unique opportunity to gain incredible experience, improve your skills, and cook with the best Chefs in the World!
